Question 1

How do I buy crypto?

Accepted Answer

Log in with Google, choose the crypto and network, and enter the amount in INR. Review the quote, then continue to payment. Pay with Google Pay or any UPI app, upload the payment screenshot, enter your wallet address and submit. We send the crypto after verifying your payment.

Question 2

Why did my quote change?

Accepted Answer

Prices move, so quotes are valid for 30 seconds and refresh automatically. When you continue to payment, the rate is locked for your payment window (shown as a timer).

Question 3

Which network should I choose?

Accepted Answer

The one your wallet supports. For example, a USDT address starting with T is a Tron (TRC20) address, and one starting with 0x is Ethereum-style (ERC20/BEP20). We check your address matches the network before you submit.

Question 4

Is there a minimum or maximum?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The limits are shown on the quote if your amount is too small or too large for a single order.

Question 5

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

After you place an order, we show a UPI QR code and UPI ID for the exact amount. Scan the QR with Google Pay or any UPI app, or copy the UPI ID, and pay. If your app allows a note, add your payment reference (for example CX-829173).

Question 6

What should my payment screenshot show?

Accepted Answer

The completed payment with the amount, date and time, and the UPI transaction ID. JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 10 MB. Don't crop or edit it.

Question 7

My payment session expired but I already paid. What now?

Accepted Answer

Don't pay again. Contact support with your order reference and a screenshot of the payment, and our team will look into it.

Question 8

Can I pay a different amount?

Accepted Answer

No. Pay exactly the amount shown for your order in a single payment, so we can match it to your order.

Question 9

Where do I enter my wallet address?

Accepted Answer

On the payment page, after you pay and add your screenshot. Choose the network and paste the address from your wallet; we validate it for that network.

Question 10

I entered the wrong wallet address. What now?

Accepted Answer

Contact support immediately with your order ID. If the crypto hasn't been sent yet we may be able to help; crypto sent on-chain can't be reversed.

Question 11

Do some networks need a memo or tag?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for example XRP Ledger needs a destination tag. We'll ask for it and won't let you continue without it where it's required.

Question 12

What do the order statuses mean?

Accepted Answer

Awaiting your payment: pay by UPI and upload the screenshot. Payment verification pending: our team is checking your payment. Crypto processing: payment verified, we're sending your crypto. Crypto sent / Completed: done, with the transaction hash on your order page.

Question 13

How long does verification take?

Accepted Answer

Our team verifies payments as they arrive. Times vary, and your order page updates automatically.

Question 14

Where's my transaction hash?

Accepted Answer

Open the order from Orders in your account. Once the crypto has been sent, the hash appears with a link to a block explorer.

Question 15

Why was my payment rejected?

Accepted Answer

The reason is shown on your order page, for example the amount didn't match the order. If you believe it's a mistake, contact support with your order ID. Don't pay again for the same order.

Question 16

I was asked for a new screenshot.

Accepted Answer

Open the order and upload a clearer screenshot of the same payment. Don't pay again.

Question 17

Can I cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, while it's waiting for your payment. After you've paid and submitted proof, contact support. Crypto sent on-chain can't be reversed.

Question 18

How do I log in?

Accepted Answer

Choose Continue with Google on the login page and pick your Google account. There's no separate Cryptova password to remember or reset.

Question 19

How do I sign out other devices?

Accepted Answer

Go to Account and choose Manage account & devices. You can see where you're signed in and sign out any device.

Question 20

Will Cryptova ever ask for my UPI PIN?

Accepted Answer

Never. We'll never ask for your password, UPI PIN, OTPs or wallet recovery phrase. Only pay to the UPI ID shown on your own order page.
