Terms of use
The service
Cryptova Exchange lets you buy crypto assets with Indian rupees (INR), paid by Google Pay or another UPI app. We send the crypto to the wallet address you provide. We don't hold crypto or money for you, and we don't buy crypto back.
Your account
You need an account to place an order. You sign in with your Google account; keep it secure, because you're responsible for activity on your Cryptova account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Orders and prices
Quotes use live market prices and show every fee before you pay. When you place an order, its rate is locked for the payment window shown on the order. An order that isn't paid in that window expires.
Payment verification
We check every UPI payment against your order reference and amount before sending crypto. We can reject a payment that doesn't match, or ask for a new screenshot. Rejected payments are handled with you through support.
Wallet addresses
You must give a wallet address on the network you chose. Blockchain transfers can't be reversed; crypto sent to an address you entered incorrectly can't be recovered.
Intellectual property
The Cryptova Exchange name, logo, illustrations and copy belong to Cryptova Exchange.
