Security

Protection at every step of your purchase

From your account to your UPI payment to the crypto arriving in your wallet, here's how we keep each step safe.

Layers of protection

What protects your account

  • Every payment verified

Our team checks each Google Pay / UPI payment against your order amount and reference before any crypto is sent. Only authorised staff can approve payments.

  • Wallet-address checks

Addresses are validated for the network you choose, including checksums, and we warn you about network mismatches before you submit.

  • Secure Google sign-in

You sign in with your Google account through Clerk, so Cryptova never stores a password for you. You can review and sign out your devices from your account.

  • Private payment proof

Payment screenshots are stored privately and are never available at a public link. Only our payment team sees them.

  • Transaction verification

When your crypto is sent, your order shows the blockchain transaction hash and an explorer link so you can verify it yourself.

  • Safe UPI payments

Pay only to the UPI ID shown on your own order page. We will never ask for your UPI PIN, password or wallet recovery phrase.

Staying safe

What you can do

Most fraud starts with someone persuading you to act quickly. These habits help.

We'll never ask for your PIN

No one from Cryptova Exchange will ask for your password, UPI PIN or wallet recovery phrase, by phone, email or chat.

Pause on pressure

Urgent requests to send crypto, or 'investment opportunities' with guaranteed returns, are classic scams. Stop and check.

Check the sender

Only pay to the UPI ID shown on your own order page, and only trust messages from our official website. When in doubt, open the site directly.

Wallet safety

Crypto can't be recalled, so we check before it moves

  • Network matching

You choose the network explicitly, and we warn you when an address looks like it belongs to a different chain.

  • Memo and tag checks

Networks like XRP Ledger and Stellar need a destination tag or memo. We won't let you continue without one where it's required.

  • Address and checksum checks

Every address is checked for the network you choose as you type, including checksums for Bitcoin, Ethereum-style and Tron addresses.

  • Start small

Buying for the first time, or using a new wallet? Place a small order first and confirm it arrives.

  • Verified UPI payments

Every payment screenshot is checked against the order amount and reference before crypto is sent.

  • Data protection

We collect only what's needed for your orders. Payment screenshots are stored privately and never shared publicly.
