Privacy notice
What we collect
From your Google account: your name, email address and profile photo. We also keep your orders, the wallet addresses you enter and the payment screenshots you upload. We never see your Google password.
How we use it
To run your account, process and verify your orders, send you your crypto and answer support requests. Payment screenshots and order details are shared only with our authorised payment reviewers, through a private channel, to verify payments.
Sign-in
Sign-in and sessions are handled by Clerk, our authentication provider, using Google. Clerk processes your sign-in details to keep you logged in securely.
Storage and access
Data is stored in our database. Payment screenshots are kept privately and are only visible to you and our reviewers, never at a public link.
Analytics
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers.
